Pricing Simulation: January

Well, had some interesting results. Because demand was so high in Orlando for cars I took about 2000 of them from Miami and moved them to Orlando. I then raised prices in Orlando about $3 across the board, I was surprised to see I was still not able to service all customers even raising prices as much as I did. Because of the lower inventory in Miami, I had 161% capacity needed during the week and was able to raise weekend capacity to 94%. I need to significantly raise my Miami prices to make up for the inventory i sent to Orlando. Market share is still about the same, %40 and my revenue is up $3M, this is the third straight month my revenue has gone.
