Most of my decision was based on the demand for my fleet. I was overbooked during the week and only using about 90% of my fleet on the weekend. I raised my prices to those of my competitors during the week because the demand was there, and lowered the price on the weekend in hopes to compete for business.
I ended up gaining over $3M in total revenue
I raised weekday rentals in Miami to $52 a day because the demand was so high, and lowered my weekend sales. Sales were up over 14K in Miami, I seem to be struggling a bit in Orlando, sales stayed even for the month. While the demand is still very high in Miami I'm going to lower my prices in Orlando even more, and up my Miami prices a bit, hopefully things will even out!
