Pricing Simulation: September
Finished the Simulation. Ended with a total accumulated profit of $195,221,704. Looking back I had a lot of cars not rented out the first couple of months and I think that really hurt me. I don't know what I could have done to improve my market share...I felt like I did well making money month to month but for some reason my market shares kept lowering.
Pricing Simulation: August
Just passed $60M in total revenue...still doing well in Miami, I don't think I should have ever moved all those cars to Orlando at the beginning of the simulation, My market share in Miami is still strong, but I'm struggling in Orlando, I only have about 20% of the market.
Pricing Simulation: August
Made a killing in Miami last month...glad I moved all those cars there. I've got about half of the market share in Miami now...unfortunately I'm struggling in Orlando now. I think my prices are just way too hi in Orlando...i'm going to lower Orlando's prices and maybe raise Miami just a tad.
Pricing Simulation: June
Demand in Miami is huge now...lowered prices, which are still about $15 up from the competition, I'm going to split the fleet 50/50 now...I think that's where I went wrong...sending all those cars to Orlando. Sales in Orlando are starting to decline, I need to lower prices there.
Pricing Simulation: May
Rough Month...I shouldn't have moved all those cars to Orlando...as soon as I did that things started going south...I posted my first loses since I started in October...I'll be fine though, lowering prices in Miami to adjust to the lower demand, raising prices in Orlando, still have a ton of demand up there.

Pricing Simulation: April
I moved another 1500 cars to Orlando and raised prices another $5 or so. I lost $2M in Miami last month, but made about $5M in Orlando...now that I don't have many cars in Miami i need to raise prices higher so i can at least break even.
Pricing simulation: March
My revenue continues to climb while my market share continues to fall. The demand in Orlando is still so high that I'm going to continue to significantly raise my prices even though the competitions is lower than mine. I'm thinking I should have sent a lot more cars to Orlando when I had the opportunity to.
